Hello all! My name is Melissa, and I am excited to meet you. I am a Copywriter, and I’ve been telling stories since before I could write, imagining the inner lives of family pets and what trees might say to each other. Once I learned to write, my passion grew as I filled journals with imaginative tales about my friends and the animals in my backyard.

In 2022, I earned my B.A. in Journalism with a focus in Advertising from the University of North Texas. Afterwards I completed an internship with a global organization dedicated to Emotional Intelligence, followed by an internship at a marketing agency in Dallas. Most recently, I spent nearly two years as the Communications Coordinator for a master-planned community in North Texas, where I focused on email marketing, website copywriting, and social media content creation

I believe that to be a good writer, you must have a passion. There must be something that can drive you to get up every day and love what you do. For me, that is learning. I bring my passion for learning, and appreciation of life, to all the projects I work on. I know I can bring it when I write for your organization.
