A luxury sleep brand that prides itself on giving you the perfect night's rest with a high quality, organically made mattress. A trendy, avant-garde, and free-spirited person with plenty of money in their bank account. It might be cliche, but these two groups really are a match made in dream heaven.

So, when our team was tasked with creating an advertising campaign for the potential storefront launch of high-end Swedish mattress brand Hastens in Austin, we knew we needed to tap into this avant-garde market. We crafted a strategy that took the well-known "Keep Austin Weird" slogan, and fashioned it into something we knew would appeal to our wealthy eccentric market, but still fit the offbeat culture of Austin. We gave them luxury. We gave them spirituality. We gave them vitality.

Keep Austin luxurious.

I created the copy for this print that shows the delightful extravagance of the Hastens brand. I wanted to demonstrate the true luxury of this European sleep brand.

(And yes Hastens really is the official mattress of the Swedish royal family. Who knew?)

When I made the copy for this print, I wanted to highlight the truly eccentric, and spiritual side of our target audience. The kind of qualities that would draw them to a Hastens bed.

Not to mention, I took heavy inspiration from the free-spirit CEO of Hastens himself.

I wanted the copy for this print to really showcase the connection between vitality, and getting a good, tranquil rest. Because nothing gives you energy like a good night sleep. And that is something worth paying top-dollar for.
